X-10 started to operate week 4 of Trimester 1 year 2014/2015, where our business is fully targeted in Bukit Beruang areas.The reason we select Bukit Beruang is because of the major population in the area is the students from MMU Melaka Campus.Besides that, this area will be more convenient for our operations such as trade, where we normally practice COD (Cash On Delivery). From the overview of our business, we mainly focus on the latest gadgets of smart phones such as power bank and unique screen protector which are need for smart phones users.Compared to our competitor such as Lelong.com and Mudah.my, we have a competitive advantage on the delivery time and the save up cost on postage.Also, compared to the smart phone gadgets stores in Bukit Beruang, we have the competitive advantage on the price of the products, which are cheaper and higher quality.
