  • How to purchase the item through our X-10 blog?
    Please kindly fill in the order form provided in the blog. Our customer Service team will verify the order with you by email or phone call within 24 hours.

  • Is the Product genuine or fake?
    For your information, all our goods are genuine.

  • Where is the coverage place for Cash on delivery?
    Our Cash on delivery service is only for those within Bukit Beruang Area.

  • What is the time range for Cash on Delivery to customer?
    Our delivery time is from 9am till 5pm, every Monday to Friday.

  • How long does it takes for me to receive my items?
    It might take 2 working day.

 

Payment and other Inquiries


  1. We accept pre-payment and Cash on delivery (COD). 
  2. We ONLY accept RINGGIT MALAYSIA (RM)
  3. Customer should follow the steps stated below before they sign their delivery notes
    • Check the condition of the parcel
    • If there is any damage with the parcel such as if the sealed of the parcel has been broken or there is sign of external damages, please do not accept the parcel.
    • If customers received wrong product, for example incorrect color of product, the model is different with what they order, the customer may reject the parcel.
    • If the customers realize the situation stated above after signing the delivery notes, they are allow to 1 to 1 exchange with the same product within 7 days.
  4. Customer’s privacy will be secured as we believe that we will earn trust and opportunity to build a strong and lasting relationship with customer if we do so.
